Since its inception in May, 2020, the Sydney-based Association for Human Rights in Bolivia has been active in calling out the current violations of human rights in Bolivia. The first public demonstration held by the group was a sponaneous gathering of 16 people in the Sydney Botanical Gardens in August (following Covit-19 guidelines). A public statement was read and signs were displayed calling for free elections and an end to human rights violations.
